#2 separate databases doesn't work

aspect 1.0rc3 does not work if you try to use separate databases for the
syslog data and aspect configuration data. I suggest we either remove this
option from the configuration file, or fix the code to handle it.

Multiple separate databases, dynamic names for tables and a
good way of switching between them is scheduled for aspect
version 2. Not sure if we should remove the code from
version 1 or leave it in there for the time being?
