[Asp-ent-man-general] file reorganization?

Howdy,

I've been looking at this project with a lot of interest.  I attempted
to set it up under IIS, and after moving some files around and reading
through the forums, it seems like it currently needs to live in the Root
of a site.  For various reasons I'm unable to do this; I also saw some
posts that said you've reorganized the file layout.  

So two questions are, can I get this reorganized package somewhere, and
if I'm completely barking up the wrong tree, can someone point me in the
right direction?
