#17 Attache and Detach DBs

The ability to attach and detach DBs would be great. I
find that a wholesale copy, move, and attach of a DB on
a new server is often the quickest way to distribute. It
also makes moving DBs back and forth between SQL and
MSDE servers a snap (you still have to re-add DB
permissions sometimes, but at least the DBs don't get
mangled).
