Hmmm. Are you asking for a graphical way to switch between
SQL and windows accounts for log on? Because the ability to
use windows accounts already exists in MSDE and SQL if you
know how to activate it. Once these accounts are given
permissions on the server, then they should be able to access
the admin page.

I know how to setup the SQL Server to authenticate using
NT account. When you go to log into the web app, there is
no option for using your NT account. The only option is the
SQL login and password.
