#10 honor -pdu=auto with -R
pdu_collection.c isn't created when using the -R option, it should be. This allows compiling the support routines and the compiled routines separately without linking in all the support files or creating a makefile.
If you don't want the pdu_collection.c file, don't specify it on the command line.
Very small patch.
