#2 Plugin doesnt start in Galileo

After download I unzup plugin to eclipse/plugins directory and start eclipse. Plugin does not work (not loaded). I cannot create ASM project/files. Plugin not exist on plugin list.
Im use last version of Galileo and Windows XP Prof.
