C header file converters 3.1 uploaded

Version 3.1 of the 'C header file to assembly header file' converters has been uploaded.
Changes:
Small improvements in output.
Added displaying Parse::H version.
Added tests (for now, run manually).
Updates in the build system.
Other small updates.
Documentation updates.
