You need:
1. AsmodatTS3QueryBot
2. Latest .NET 4.5 Framework: http://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/download/details.aspx?id=30653
3. Server Admin privileges(Query acces login and password).
4. Set up anti-Flood Command in ts3 server as showed in video to prevent bot from getting banned.
5. Miusic Bot with Virtual Audio Cable - check good tutorials in youtube.
6. Optionally DropBox accout with shared folder
