Thanks to Abraham's TwitterOAuth library, we are now able to get all our new questions from Twitter!

Thanks to smart security on Twitter's part, we don't have the permission to write yet, but it's pending. Took a day to sort out getting any authorization at all, so the code (in-place) should be working tomorrow.
