[asio-users] How to create certificates to use with SSL.

For an outgoing project i would like to use ASIO to implement transport 
layer, particularly i would like to use SSL to handle secure 
communication between clients and servers. I successfully designed 
transport layer on top of ASIO but i have a problem with creating 
certificates and keys to use with ASIO. To create set of keys and 
certificates i use a procedure described in  book about SSL called 
"Network Security With Openssl", unfortunately when i start server and 
client with a CA certificate and server key generated by that procedure 
handshake failed. I need a clue how to create certificate to use with a 
ASIO/SSL, currently i use test certificates provided by SSL example.
