The code just needs to be changed so that the class is not nested
inside a function definition.

This particular class is just to make sure the code is exception-safe,
i.e. ensure various values are modified on function exit (regardless of
whether an exception is thrown or not).

I'll fix it in CVS - you should see the modified file show up in a few
hours.
