I'm not sure who governs the think-async.com documentation pages, but upon using the non-boost/asio tutorial I've noticed the non-boost/asio tutorial includes Timer.3 - Binding arguments to a handler<https://think-async.com/Asio/asio-1.20.0/doc/asio/tutorial/tuttimer3.html?force_isolation=true> which needs a boost include file and hence uses boost::bind functionality. Timer 4 & 5 do as well. Might want to remove these from the non-boost/asio tutorial. Or skip them if you're using this tutorial.
Daytime.1 uses boost::array as well, but apparently you can substitute char [] or std::vector for this (haven't tried this yet personally).
