#14 Winsock extensions(ConnectEx, DisconnectEx, TransmitFile,etc

Hi,

Many thanks for ASIO.
It would be great to see the following extensions in a future release of asio.

1. ConnectEx and DisconnectEx(for socket reuse)

2. TransmitFile and TransmitPackets

3. Accept Socket reuse (with DisconnectEx)
Currently the peer accept socket is created newly in async_accept. It would be good if async_accept allows reuse of existing peer sockets(from a look aside list) that were reset with DisconnectEx or TransmitFile.

PS: I currently has extended asio to implement 1 and 2.
I am yet to implement 3.

Note: asio 1.3.0 includes a new windows::overlapped_ptr class to allow these windows-specific functions to be used with asio, without having to hack around in the asio internals.
