How to reduce auto refresh time?

How do I reduce auto refresh time? frequency of auto refresh is too close. I can't even generate the ASH report on read it. The screen get refreshed and I have to redo it again.

Please help me with this.

Hi!

Could you use manual mode? The main purpose of Auto mode is to get sql/plan detail for sql,pl/sql operators.
