strange, many customers are using asemon with ASE 16 SP03
Check your config file (it should look to "sampleConfig.xml" in root directory of asemon distrib)
Do you have any error in output of asemon_logger ?
If you still have problem, send me output of asemon_logger and your config file
By the way, the latest version is 3.1.14 (but 3.1.10 was OK with procs and statements collect)

are you sure you executed installmaster after upgrade ?
