I am new to this product, just installed it yesterday. Its a beautiful product with loads of information to digest.

ASEMON is not collecting full information about one particular database, which 7.2 TB. DBName = clientmlp, DBID=4. in the dbspace, the row is missing. in Object Statistics report, for this DB objectnames are coming as ObjID, Fragmentation report, there is nothing to report for this DB, in Statement Statistics, again it is missing the ObjectName.

Hi, sorry to answer so late. Object ID's are displayed rather than object name's when asemon_logger doesn't have rights to enter in databases. If the login used by asemon_logger to monitor your server is not "sa" or have no SA_ROLE, then, the first time before starting asemon_logger, you must execute "install_asemon_procs_non_sa_Vxxxx" where xxxx correspond to your ASE version. This proc create a user "asemon" (or any other name defined at the beginning of this script) in all databases

If a table doesn't appear in the Fragmentation screen, may be it is because it is smaller than 1000 pages (the min default value)

    Best regards
    Jpm

    Jpm,

Thanks for the response. I am using an account which has "sa_role" role. Problem is only with one database.

Also if you check the SpaceUsed.png, this particular database is missing from the list.

    Thanks,
    Nischal.
