#18 Added trend line for CPU-graph

Hi,

I've added a line to Summary -> CPU Usage, representing avg User CPU last week, see attached screenshot.

I tried to make the compare period as a parameter in config.php, but was unable to get this into the sql-statement-file.

Attached is a screenshot of the new graph and a patchset for AsemonReportSRV 3.0.6

Would it be possible to get this functionallity included in the main repo?
