The date does not work in 004:

On the website of asCMS it seems to work, but in
my own server The user submits news, that has a
correct time-stamp in the mysql-database.

As soon as the admin does change the file -even
simple changing the publish flag from 2 to 1, the
date gets only zero's in the store...
