Ascize converts a binary file into ASCII printable characters using base64 encoding identical to the context-transfer-encoding of RFC2045. Unascize converts the ASCII back to its origional binary form. The format of the ASCII file is similar to the "ASCII Armor" format used by the OpenPGP standard. a CRC-24 checksum is added to the printable format.
