[ASCEND] Contribute towards ASCEND Development

Hi,

I am Yash Srivastava, 2nd year student from Indian Institute of Information
Technology, SriCity. I would like to contribute towards Packaging ASCEND
for Mac (as read about it in 2016 project ideas list). So can I be assigned
some task for contributing towards it?
