Asaph version 0.5.5 is now available. Asaph is a powerful desktop application that assists Christian musicians and worship leaders with managing song databases, publishing songsheets and booklets, and generating presentations for group worship.

Version 0.5.5 includes GUI enhancements and bug fixes towards the upcoming beta version. Progress has also been made on the user's guide, but large sections are still incomplete. This will probably be the last alpha version; the next planned release is the beta version 0.9.... read more

The Asaph project is now incubating a spinoff project called "pyasaph." Developed by David Fraser, pyasaph provides a simple presentation capability for songs in Asaph databases.

Releases of pyasaph are available in the "pyasaph" package. The program release requires Python (http://www.python.org) and wxPython (http://www.wxpython.org). Contact David Fraser (see his profile under the developer list) for support, or to report bugs and suggestions.... read more
