Therei s a problem with the Asap Framework syndicated feed on LiveJournal.

The CU Boulder Cognitive Science Club used to use TWiki, and we had
the same problem with our syndicated feed.  I don't remember how we
solved it.  I believe we changed the encoding or put the .enc file
some place it could be reached.
