#6 Demos broken in 0.9 release?

The demos are broken in the 0.9 release, since they
have been packaged directly from a working copy, which
still had playground\classes\management\StateManager.as
and playground\classes\management\StateManagerEvent.as
in conflict, which are used by
demos\source\SiteApplication\SiteApplication.fla.
