AS3HtmlParser, an HTML parser/renderer written in AS3 for Flex 3, has released its first public beta.

This is designed for testing and is not ready for use in production as interfaces may change.
This project aims to replace the inadequate htmlString support in AS3 components such as mx:Label. This project attempts to recreate the rendering of Firefox 3. The library has a small footprint and quick loading time. It is distributed free for any use under a BSD license.
