Users cannot simply download and doubleclick, this is a very severe issue.
In some browsers doubleclick is arrested and allowing the program to work is not guessable by most users.
A possible workaround: put the file in a zip file.

    Anyway hardly ever I can do something better than using zip files instead of simple batch files to manage this problem.

    As I said, "this is more a problem in operating systems and browsers than a defect of ARZ", so the issue is closed rejected invalid (I can't do anything about that, as far as I know).
