#11 annoying "cout" More an output contamination problem than a bug

Hi all, Thank you so much for your library, i think that is very useful and well written.

There is a cout creating an annoying output to the terminal in the file "aruco-1.2.5/src/maker.cpp".

In the function Marker::calculateExtrinsics at the very end of the function on line 298: cout<<(*this)<<endl;

I really don't see why this output is necessary maybe for debug! but is generating a lot of data to the terminal so please comment it or add a debug-output flag.
