#8 Not able to create datasource - Oracle 18c java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver

I have an Oracle XE 18c database.
I installed ART and I am able to connect the default HSQLDB db. But when I create a new datasource with my Oracle DB.I downloaded ojdbc8.jar and copied to my C:\AppServers\apache-tomcat-9.0.54\lib folder and also set the classpath for the same.
But I am getting the following error: java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver
