#3 Mytouch 3G stuck in the boot screen

I did everything and then it would keep rebooting at first then it would get stuck in the mytouch 3g logo. I removed the battery then wiped it clean and reinstalled everything then same thing happened. someone told me to just wait cause it would take maybe 10 minutes or so and so I waited but still nothing. Please help!
