If making a new scenario (Click '+', add scenario 'test', transaction group 'test', initial 'test', Save, Close window)

Then in ART scenario screen a refresh will not do! The new scenario 'test' is there, but on the right hand side transaction will not reflect correct names ('test') but names from other scenario's. Choosing another projects dataset, then re-choosing scenario will refresh, and show current names.

This is very couterintuitive. Either we should fix this, or provide an ART-DECOR reload, which does correctly reload ART-DECOR.

Having a scenario and transactions with names in two languages will break the scenario screen. No scenarios are shown at all.

    Solved with addition of refresh button. Refresh will reload scenarios without changing the selected item, this is handy after editing transactions.
