For example, in this template http://art-decor.org/art-decor/decor-templates--hl7ips-?section=templates&id=2.16.840.1.113883.10.22.2.5&effectiveDate=2017-04-12T00:00:00 the example for the telecom element shall contain two telecom XML elements but if entered in the example it is declared as invlaid XML. It happens that an art:placeholder element is put around it. This should be handeled properly and not stored
