#306 Enable run report on select parameter change

In the select report parameters page. Run the report immediately a parameter is changed and tab is pressed for instance.
Only after first run? Don't update the short description section?
Put run code in a method and call that method on change of the parameter. For the edit job page, have the method but doing nothing.
Put this setting/field on the report? Or on parameters to have different settings per parameter?
