when i create a job with email, and i want to add a link to a report, this link will always be changed to a relative one.
See link1 - a add a link with full https://domain...., but when i open it again (link2) - it's a relative one. This also happens when i change the link in the html-source.
When i send the mail, i need a full absolute link, otherwise it won't work when the user clicks on it in the email.

This seems to be the default configuration of the tinymce editor. The easiest solution for now would be to edit the art.js file, modify the tinymceConfig variable and add convert_urls: false to the object.
