I want to change default locale (default is en ) to sk_SK. I know that there is possibility to set locale and number format for reports, but I want to change default locale. Is it possible?
Now locale is resolved from request: ServletRequestMethodArgumentResolver.RequestContextUtils.getLocale(request)

You could try adding &lang=sk_SK to any url e.g. the selectReportParameters url and see if the number formats will be as per that locale.
