Is there any chance that support for direct substitution can be restored? Here's the commit where it was removed: https://sourceforge.net/p/art/code/ci/93422f348406df534a12cee8cdb7ea487b8cc15b/. We're in the process of upgrading from 4.16 to the latest version. We've been using direct substitution to parameterize a few SQL queries on schema names, something that Postgres doesn't support with prepared statements.
