[Arsperl-devel] can't compile on win32: not building autosplit.ix

Hi guys.

I can't get the current code to compile; the autoloader generated file 
autosplit.ix
is not getting generated and built, so nmake test fails all tests.

Clearly autosplit.ix used to get generated, and it is part of Matt's binary
installs.

I've deleted and re-installed my perl installation, so it isn't anything
I've done to
my local perl.
I've updated to the latest arsperl sources in CVS.

Any thoughts?
