[Arsperl-devel] prebuilt win32 binary is both ARS and ARS182

Below is the text given when I uninstall arsperl 1.82
Note the ARS182 in the list...

unlink C:\apps\perl-5.8.4\site\lib\auto\ARS\autosplit.ix
unlink C:\apps\perl-5.8.4\site\lib\auto\ARS182\.packlist
                                           ^^^
Successfully removed ARS182 version 1.82 from ActivePerl 5.8.4.810.

I don't know that this is specifically causing problems, but...
