I committed the changes to support compiling on win32 early this week.
If you get the current code from arsperl.sf.net, it should compile.

I added a bit of stuff to simplify finding the libs to link against
for win32 in Makefile.PL as well.
We could do more on the *nix platforms along this line as well.
I hesitated to do more...

So I believe that the current code in CVS works against our stated supported
Remedy release targets, i.e., 5.1.2 and 6.0.1.

I have been running essentially this code in my apps here for 
several weeks without issue.

Please inform this list if you find that not to be the case.

i didnt put jarl's change in. i'm assuming that jeff already caught it
and it's in there. hopefully this list will help us coordinate better
without me in the middle :-)

you'll each (once jarl signs up for SF) have cvs commit privs. that
still requires some coordination to avoid conflicts.

i just updated the list so replies go back to this list.
