ARSperl - GetFieldTable and GetFieldByName

Attached is one of the scripts which I am having problems with.  It
seems to be the GetFieldTable and GetFieldbyName - The first time I run
the script it works perfectly - However the next time the script breaks
at these two functions.  It seems to consistently work every other time.
Do you have any suggestions on how I can rectify this problem??

I also used GetFieldTable - and stored the results in an associative
array  but decided to try GetFieldByName and see if I'd get better
results.
