Installation woes

G'day

This should be easy.

Trying to install ARSperl on Solaris2.5.1.  It installed perfectly on a 
machine that has DBD and DBI installed on it.  

e.g. error from running Dump_Users.pl:
error in ars_LoadQualifier at ./Dump_Users.pl line 46

Is DBD and DBI needed for the install/system to work correctly?

Any help would be appreciated.
