I originally had code to pad entry id's out with 0's in GetEntry,
DeleteEntry, etc.  As you noticed, this is wrong, since come entries
have an ascii prefix (or are not 15 characters).  I fixed this a while
ago by removing the padding code and moving it to a ars_padEntry
function if it is needed.

If you grab a newer version, this should be fixed.  There are also
various other bug fixes.
