i've added these changes to the distribution on smurfland.cit.buffalo.edu

in addition, joel recently added an ars_Export() so that we could export
all of our schema/activelink/etcetc definitions as we were having some
problems with local developers deleting them on us. 

there is an example in the "examples" directory on how to use the export
functions and they've also been added to the HTML doc...

in addition, i've renamed pad_entryid in the distribution to ars_padEntryid
to keep its name consistant with the names of the other functions.
