Hi Ashutosh,

the lastest supported ARS client version for ARSPerl is 8.1. But that shouldn’t be an issue as the 8.1 API is compatible to 9.x servers. We’re using ARSPerl compiled with 7.1 client libs to connect to 9.x servers without any issue.

Hi Team,

We have legacy application running on remedy version 7.6.4. This application has lots of perl scripts , this application runs on solaris box.

Now as remedy version is outdated we have to move it to remedy 9.1 and use linux server , is it possible to install ARS module with remedy 9.1 and linux server.
