[Arsperl-users] New API packates without bin directory

Hi,

I have now repacked all API-packages from 7.5 and forward where I:
- Moved all the libs from the api/bin directory to the api/lib directory
- Created symlinks from the api/lib/libicu*.so/sl files to the corresponding
.32 files in the same directory
