Check the library file to see if it's ok. $ file libicuucbmc.so.32.0 libicuucbmc.so.32.0: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), not stripped If it looks like it's ok and not corrupt, then check your architecture and make sure it matches your library (eg x86) $ uname -a Linux ... 2.6.18-274.el5 #1 SMP Fri Jul 8 17:39:55 EDT 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux "i686" for 32bit x86...
