Ankur,

With that description of the problem. I would actually suggest a
different approach.

Create a Packing list.
Export the 400 filters.
Delete the 400 filters.
   < do whatever you need to do without the filters>
Import the 400 filters.

No code required.
Minimum effort.
Repeatable.
