I just want to say a very big thank you to you. I decided to use ARGetListEntryWithFields and I dont get that error any more. It's working very well now. Thanks for letting me know about the www.arslist.org . It's been very helpful to me. I am kind of new in Remedy and didn't know that site exist. Once againthank you and I appreciate all your help.
