Then when I run a perl program using the ARS, I get the following error message: Can't load 'C:/Perl/site/lib/auto/ARS/ARS.dll' for module ARS: load_file:The <file:///\\The> specified module could not be found at C:/Perl/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 230. at C:\Documents and Settings\tlam\Desktop\addGeneric.pl line 4 Compilation failed in require at C:\Documents and Settings\tlam\Desktop\addGeneric.pl line 4. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\Documents and Settings\tlam\Desktop\addGeneric.pl line 4. My perl on Windows 2000 is: /This is perl, v5.8.6 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread (with 3 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail)/ If I run this addGeneric.pl script on unix platform, everything works fine. Attached is the addGeneric.pl script. Please help to identify problems with setting up the ARSPerl.
