Misi, I saw something in a previous message: > # ls -l /data/urbekl/ARSperl-1.83/blib/lib/auto/ARS > total 0 This tells me that the directory already exists. I checked on my system = and could not get the .ix file to be generated when the directory = existed either. I did a 'make clean' followed by 'perl Makefile.PL' = and, finally, by 'make'. "make test" was more successfull, and I got it to work.
