[Arsperl-users] remedy user licenses

Hi everyone!

Could anyone help me about reporting our production server's user =
license usage?

We are often out of floating licenses. We should by some new one, but at =
first we have to show the usage to our managers.

I can use the "Manage user licenses" tool in the remedy administrator, =
but I would like to save the data in it, to make some report.

Is there any log file, or log table about user license usage?

You can use the rrrLic or rrrOffline tool from http://www.rrr.se to
report on data from your aruser.log file. This will create some nice
graphics on your license usage.
You can then decide if you'd really like to buy some new floating
licenses or if you're going to buy the rrrLic version to make better
use of your existing licenses!
