If you would like a link that goes directly into mid-tier,  you can have =
a link based on the following format:


<SERVERNAME>/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?eid=3D<ENTRY =
ID>&server=3D<ARS Server =
Name>&formalias=3D<FORMALIAS>&viewalias=3D<VIEWALIAS>

Could I check with you what a few things are?  Say I was looking to load 
a CHG, could you confirm I'm on the write track here?

eid=CHG12345
server=remedyserver
formalias=CHG:Change? - this is the alias that converts between remedy 
forms and the db schema?

what's a viewalias?

I've just rtfm'd and realised that since I'm on 6.3, I dont need a 
viewalias since it's been deprecated?
